Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Brittany is an amazing server. We arrived at 5:30 pm on a Monday and we're seated immediately, no wait. Service was on point and we never had to ask for a thing as Brittany kept our drinks full and met our every need. Pretzel bites were bomb, onion rings were perfect, burgers were juicy! If you get a beer, opt for the larger 22oz size as it's only a tiny bit more than the 16oz!! Everything was great.

Why don't they put any sauce on the pizza's here. Mountain Mike's in Seaside makes the best pizzas. But I live in Marina and when I go here consistently no sauce. I cannot see the sauce I cannot taste the sauce it's non-existent

I LOVE Red Robin! Nice fat beautiful steak fries and big juicy burgers that I can't wait to shove down my throat.

A wonderful place to dine, but also quite busy. Due to this, my interactions with the staff were unfortunately limited. I can't hold thst against them though. It just means they were doing their jobs, which I appreciate and applaud. The food was delicious and fairly priced for what was given. The time it took was also relatively quick too. That was a major plus in my eyes. The little kiosk ordering device at my table didn't seem to want to work though. Hopefully they'll get that fixed.

What's not to love? Superior burgers and amazing onion rings. Does it get any better?

Stopped in for as late lunch, at the Morgan Hill R.R. we were seated quickly and our server was quick to give us menu's and take our drink orders. I ordered the Burnin' Love Burger, cooked medium. Our orders were prepared rather quick and hot. I was a little disappointed with my burger as it didn't have any pronounced flavors. Chipotle mayo tasted like thousand island dressing, not much heat in the fried jalapenos, the bun was a Kaiser cornmeal roll without jalapenos in it, rather a blackened whole jalapeno stuffed in the burger. The meat was a perfect medium, but my opinion is this burger was a miss on the taste profiles. We did get drink refills, refills on the fries a d the service was great. Next time, I think I'll order my favorite, the Royal Robbin.

We went there for lunch for the great burgers. We had a very pleasant & attentive waitress by the name of Lori. Our food arrived within 10 minutes, hot & fresh. Lori came & checked on us during our meal, but not in an annoying excessive way, She wanted to make sure we were happy. Our burgers were so delicious & the restaurant is clean, I would recommend it to anyone. We will definitely eat here again. I do have one complaint: The mens restroom door slams very hard when it closes, that was one thing that made us uncomfortable especially if you have your back towards it & don't expect it. Very loud & disturbing. Please fix.

Staff is friendly and helpful! I was not impressed with my salmon burgers, bun all soggy. My daughter didn't like the kids burger (didn't taste good) or Oreo shake (too sweet).

Normally love this place. Food was ok this time. Seemed like it had sat under a heat lamp for 20+ minutes. Took a while to get our food as well. If I have another experience like that I will avoid restaurant in the future.

I called in an order for pickup. The gentleman at the call center was very polite and personable. He made sure to take my loyalty card information so I’d earn my points. He read back my order for accuracy. At the restaurant, Paola informed me that my order was ready (at or before the time promised). She was quick in packing up the order and made sure that I had everything I needed before I left. All-in-all a very favorable experience.

🎃easy freeway access going to the pumpkin patch excursion and exiting with a four mile drive to the freeway. On route are other types of opportunities to view; such h as red Robin, gas stations and fast food restaurants.🎃 Beautiful arraignment of autumns 'pumpkins, flowers and families enjoying each.

Burgers were delicious. Watching a staff member read books to a kid at an adjoining table was awesome. Kudos to whoever thought up that idea. Just wish they served more fries with the order.

Ordered food for delivery and they only got one out of four entrees correct. Now we have to go and get food from somewhere else because two of the items were for children. Awesome

Nice lunch place for lunch, in and out a clean restaurant

wait staff was nice but service took a long time, refills were not given, it wasnt crowded in fact only 4 or 5 tables, my niece cut her lip on one of the glasses and took 1/2 hour to get a new glass of water and straws. food was ok, but many orders were wrong and many were cold. they never offered refills or checked on us

If I could get this kind of service every time I arrived I would eat here more often. Food was good, and our waiter was fantastic. He brought us in order of fries while we were waiting for a meal to cook. I think he is going to spoil us for future visits.

We did a to-go for the first time tonight. The service was speedy enough. The food was good enough. My complaint is with the “Classic size milkshake being only about 8oz. It is served in a 12 oz cup with 4 oz of whipped cream. No question that this is less than half the size of a classic milkshake in-store. It is the same price as in-store. When I brought it up to the server I heard “tell me about it”. Guess what? THAT IS WHAT I WAS DOING! A bit more employee customer service training might be good. Along with bigger to-go shakes. Sorry to be petty but the size would have been ridiculously small in a kids meal.

I think I ate here at least 10 times during my visit in Cali. The food was fantastic and I am completely addicted to their garlic fries, WHICH THEY SERVE WITH RANCH, like these guys freaking know what's up. Only complaint was my last time there. Had a waitress that couldn't seem to understand that I wanted garlic fries vs regular. No garlic for me that night :( ranch was still bomb though.

This was a good one. The food was served timely and hot. Our server was also attentive and nice.
